Baked Wakame with Fu and Onions

1/2 package flat fu, soaked 10 minutes and sliced
1/2 cup wakame, soaked and sliced
2 cups onion, sliced in thin half-moons
3 to 4 Tbsps organic roasted tahini
1/3 to 1/2 cup water
shoyu or tamari soy sauce

Mix the fu, onion, and wakame in a mixing bowl.
Dilute the tahini with water and season with several drops of soy sauce.
Pour the mixture over the fu. Mix well.
Place the fu, onion, and wakame in a covered casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove the cover and bake for another 5 minutes or so. Remove and serve.
For variety, add carrot, mung beans, and scallions.
