Sweet Vegetable Drink
This drink is good for softening tightness caused by heavy animal food consumption and for relaxing the body and muscles.

1 cup carrots, finely chopped
1 cup onions, finely chopped
1 cup butternut squash, finely shopped
1 cup cabbage, finely chopped
8 cups water, less for sweeter taste

Put chopped vegetables in the pot.
Add boiling water and allow to boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Reduce flame to low, cover, and let simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Strain out the vegetables.
Drink the broth hot or at room temperature.
NOTES:
No seasoning is used in this recipe.
Sweet vegetable broth may be kept in the refrigerator (for up to 3 days), but should be warmed up again before drinking, or allowed to return to room temperature.
