4 to 5 cups water
1 cup lentils, washed
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup carrot, diced
1/4 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup burdock, diced
1 bay leaf (optional)
2 Tbsps parsley, minced
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Пошаговое Приготовление
Place the lentils, onion, carrot, celery, burdock, bay leaf, and water in a pot. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame to medium-low and simmer for 50 minutes.
Add the sea salt and simmer another 10 minutes or so.
Add the parsley and simmer 1 to 2 minutes. Place in serving bowls.
